Privacy and Data Handling Policies

This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when using the Service. We will not share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect Personal Information where we act as a data processor. We process Personal Information on behalf of our customers in the context of supporting the Service. Where a customer subscribes to our Service for their online store, system or platform, they are able to retrieve Personal Information from consumers and/or businesses from their account(s) at online Marketplaces or Platforms as, Amazon, eBay and Bol.com. When an order has been placed at such a Marketplace or Platform, we collect and store the order data (including Personal Information) to collectively send it to the system or platform of our customers.

Data Retention

We may retain your personal information as long as you continue to use the Services, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in the policy. You can ask to close your account by contacting us at the details above, and we will delete your personal information on request. Backups of the data will be destroyed after 30 days. We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

Data Use

The personal information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To deal with your inquiries and requests
  • To create and administer records about any online account that you register with us
  • To provide you with information and access to resources that you have requested from us.
  • To provide you with technical support (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our system (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you), including to improve the navigation and content of our sites

  • To send e-mails, both either periodic or one off. The e-mail addresses you provide for invoicing or support questions will be used to send you information regarding payments, invoicing or answers to your questions as well as proactively for important updates of our Service. Data Governance

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in order to clarify it, to reflect any changes to our website, or to comply with legal obligations. We may keep inventory of software and physical assets (e.g. computers, mobile devices) with access to PII, and update regularly.

Data should only be shared if it is ethically correct to do so, where this does not violate the protection of human subjects, or another valid ethical, privacy, or security concerns.

Data Disposal

We delete data and back-ups that includes PII no longer than 30 days after order shipment.

Data Security

Encryption

We encrypt data whenever possible. This means both while it is transported using industry-standard TLS and while it is stored. The disks in our datacenters are all encrypted at rest. We use modern TLS implementations and strong cipher choices.

Data Replication

To ensure the safety and consistency of your data, we regularly back up your data, both on- and off-site. In the event of disaster, we are able to recover quickly since we test our data restoration procedure regularly. We have also automated our infrastructure to the point where we could easily switch to another infrastructure region.

Data Consistency

We take great care not to lose your products or confuse your ads. This is why we are strict about data consistency. We use stable and mature relational database technology and a strongly typed data model to realize this.

Anonymization

By default, We automatically anonymizes any of your customer data that is handled, for e.g. order connections, after 90 days. Amazon is an exception to this, as data is anonymized after 30 days. We will only retain certain information that is fundamental to ensure that processes can be performed optimally.

Auditability

Actions within our tool are logged and tracked in a precise, structured format for auditing purposes. Server logs are centrally aggregated. This enables us to detect anomalies. We also keep detailed statistics about the performance of our infrastructure.
